CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Rescheduling * A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. * Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows * Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). * Existing Clients who fail to appear for appointments will be required to pay a deposit for future services. * New clients who fail to appear for their first appointment, may not be allowed to book in the future. Late Arrivals * The Late Window is 15 Minutes, after that 2 things can happen. -If I can still accommodate your appointment there is a $15 late fee that will be added on your existing appointment -If I cannot accommodate your appointment, then it will be considered a last minute cancelation and the 50% Cancelation fee applies and a we will not reschedule until the fee is paid. Deposits * A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for new color clients. * Deposits may be required for existing clients If there are too many last minute cancelations/rescheduling. Exceptions * I understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. In these cases, if you are able to reschedule within 1–2 weeks, the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion. Reschedules beyond that time frame will still incur the standard fee.
